Bruce and Aimee Alvord

Bruce is a graduate of The Master’s Seminary and was ordained at Grace Community Church. They were sent out as missionaries to Ukraine in 1992. After a year of full-time Russian language study Bruce has been teaching at one of Ukraine's first and largest seminaries - Irpin Biblical Seminary. Presently, the school has approximately 275 students and has graduated over 600 men who are ministering in Europe, China, Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan. This year Bruce is teaching Bible Geography, New Testament Survey, Exposition of Matthew, Homiletics, and The Life of Christ. On Wednesday nights, four of the church leaders come to their home for discipleship, preacher training, yummy snacks, and wrestling with the kids.
Aimee's primary focus is the home, keeping husband and children healthy and happy. She recently finished translating (with help from her tutor) a book for women called "The Excellent Wife."

Bruce and Aimee have three small children: Steven, A.J., and Shelby.
