
Phillip Foley
Phillip Foley is the Lead Pastor of Community Bible Church, where he has served full-time since 1996. Phil came to know the Lord in 1984 through the discipleship ministry of CBC. Phil currently provides general oversight of the church, preaches weekly, and has a passion for training and shepherding men to be leaders in their home and in the church, for women to experience the joy and freedom of biblical womanhood as they carry out their role in the various spheres of their lives , and for the next generation to come to know the Lord. Phil is one of the board of directors and a professor at The Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary. Phil is a graduate of Grace School of Theology and Ministry (BA), and earned a Master of Arts degree at Trinity Theological Seminary. Phil and his wife Becky have been married since 1985 and have five children and four grandchildren.

Andrew Arcilla
Andrew Arcilla is the Associate Pastor of Community Bible Church, where he has served full-time since 2013. Andrew came to know Christ as a young teenager through the faithful proclamation of the gospel through CBC Student Ministries. As Associate Pastor, Andrew currently oversees the Discipleship Ministry, Home Fellowship Groups, and Adult Training Seminars. Andrew also leads his own weekly Home Fellowship Group and disciples several men in the church. Andrew has a burden for world missions, having taught at several pastoral training conferences worldwide. He and his wife have three sons.

Thomas Kawazoe
Thomas Kawazoe is the Administrative Pastor of Community Bible Church. God used CBC's own student ministries to bring Thomas to Christ during his high school years as he participated in among other things, the first volleyball outreach. His current responsibilities include shepherding the office staff, overseeing the financial and legal aspects of the church and managing Exalting Christ Ministries International. He also leads a weekly Home Fellowship Group and is Director of Children's Church on Sunday mornings. He and his wife, Bernadette, have the joy of raising four children.

Jeff Wilson
Jeff Wilson came to know Christ through the Student Ministries of Community Bible Church in 1987. In addition to leading a Home Fellowship Group, Jeff also teaches Adult and Children’s Sunday School, serves on the CBC World Missions team, and frequently teaches and preaches in Latin America. Formerly a High School teacher, Jeff is is currently studying at The Cornerstone Seminary. Jeff and his wife Vilma have three children, Isabella, Jacob, and Ben.

Daniel Arcilla
Daniel Arcilla is the Pastor of Student Ministries at Community Bible Church, where he has served full-time since 2011. Daniel surrendered to the Lord Jesus Christ in the mid-80s after attending a neighborhood Christian outreach called the Fellowship Club. Daniel oversees TFC and Campus Crossroads—Junior and High School ministries that are Christ-centered, gospel-driven, and discipleship-oriented. Daniel also manages the communications ministry of Community Bible Church, and is currently studying at The Cornerstone Seminary. Daniel and his wife Jocelyn have four sons.

Jeff Knott
Elder Board ChairmanJeff Knott served as the Business Administrator for Community Bible Church from 1995 to 2015 and has served as the chairman of the elder board since 1989. Jeff came to know the Lord in 1983 through the outreach ministry of CBC. Over the years, Jeff has also served as a deacon, director of children’s ministries, a home fellowship group and discipleship leader. He was also the founder and administrator of our church missions agency, Exalting Christ Ministries International (ECMI).Jeff has one son, Mark, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Al Holmberg
ElderAl Holmberg began attending Community Bible Church on its first Sunday service in 1980. He was saved by Christ in 1972 after reading the Gospel of John. Al currently co-leads a Home Fellowship Group, oversees the deacons and the ushers, administrates the Agape Fund, and manages the Building for the Sake of His Name program. Al and his wife Toni have been married for 40 years, have two boys, and five grandchildren. Al is also happily retired.
Greg Reed
Elder, World Missions DirectorGreg Reed has been an elder at Community Bible Church since 2015 and leads the World Missions team at Community Bible Church.
Alvin Jackson
ElderAlvin Jackson has been attending Community Bible Church since 1999. While serving in the US military in 1970, Alvin discovered the love and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to his role as Elder, Alvin also leads a Home Fellowship Group, and currently works as a Custody Chaplain for the Solano County Jail. Al and his wife Dianne have been married since 1970, and have three children, and five grandchildren.
Nick Bonifacio
Elder, Men's Ministry DirectorNick Bonifacio began attending Community Bible Church in 1988 after hearing a gospel message on “the real meaning of Christmas.” In addition to his role as Elder, Nick also leads a Home Fellowship Group, helps direct the Encouraging Biblical Manhood Men’s Ministry, teaches an Adult Sunday School class, serves in the CBC World Missions Team, and disciples several men in the church. Nick currently works for Bank of America as a mortgage banker. Nick and his wife Vivian have one daughter, Niki, and two sons, Raphael and Gabriel.
Robert Vega
Elder, Worship Leader, Building and Grounds SuperintendentRobert Vega has been attending Community Bible Church since it was established in 1980. Robert came to know Jesus Christ while studying the book of Romans. Serving as an elder since 1989, Robert also leads a Home Fellowship Group, leads Sunday worship, serves in the Koinonia ministry, and manages CBC facilities and logistics. He is a retired employee of Ford Motor Company and currently works part-time at Community Bible Church as Maintenance Supervisor. Robert and his wife have three children and nine grandchildren.

Mike Hiteshew
Mike Hiteshew directs the Generation to Come ministry for children from 3 -12 years of age. The overarching philosophy of The Generation to Come ministry is to assist parents in rearing their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).

Todd Bolton
Todd Bolton leads a Home Fellowship Group and the Greeter Ministry at Community Bible Church. Todd is also a professor at The Cornerstone Seminary.

Alvin Jackson
Alvin Jackson is an elder, and directs the Prison Ministry, which seeks to evangelize and shepherd prisoners with the gospel of Christ.

Les Grindling
Les Grindling leads the Juvenile Hall Ministry, which conducts several weekly Bible studies reach incarcerated youth with the Gospel, encouraging them to trust Christ.

Vivian Bonifacio

Becky Foley
Becky Foley leads The Mother’s Club: a ministry for moms with preschool age children (infant through Kindergarten) as well as expectant moms. The foundation of this ministry is the mandate given in Titus 2:3-5.

Joe Coute
Joe Coute directs New Hope Ministry, which exists to bring the hope of the Gospel to the elderly, infirmed, and shut-ins. Joe also administrates the annual Exalting Christ Conference.
