Phil Foley

Phillip Foley

Lead Pastor, Elder
Phillip Foley is the Pastor of Community Bible Church, where he has served full-time since 1996. Phil came to know the Lord in 1984 through the discipleship ministry of CBC. With a burden to see adults equipped for service in the body of Christ, Phil directs and oversees Home Fellowship Groups, Adult Training Seminars, Encouraging Biblical Manhood, and Discipleship Ministries. With a strong passion for the reaching the next generation for Christ, Phil also oversees CBC Children’s Ministries. Phil and his wife Becky have been married since 1985 and have five children and two grandchildren.
Daniel Arcilla

Daniel Arcilla

Pastor of Student Ministries
Daniel Arcilla began attending Community Bible Church in the mid-80s after coming to know Christ at a neighborhood Christian outreach called the Fellowship Club. Daniel now oversees TFC and Campus Crossroads—Junior and High School ministries that are Christ-centered, gospel-driven, and discipleship-oriented. Daniel also manages the CBC website and Exalting Christ App, and is currently studying at The Cornerstone Seminary. Daniel and his wife Jocelyn live in American Canyon with their four sons.

Jeff Knott

Jeff Knott

Business Administrator, Elder Board Chairman
Jeff Knott has been the Business Administrator for Community Bible Church since 1995 and has served as the chairman of the elder board since 1989. Jeff came to know the Lord in 1983 through the outreach ministry of CBC. Over the years, Jeff has also served as a deacon, director of children’s ministries, a home fellowship group and discipleship leader.  He is also the administrator of our church missions agency, Exalting Christ Ministries International (ECMI). Jeff has one son, Mark, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Jeff Wilson

Assistant Business Administrator
Jeff Wilson came to know Christ through the Student Ministries of Community Bible Church in 1987. In addition to leading a Home Fellowship Group, Jeff also teaches Adult and Children’s Sunday School, serves on the CBC World Missions team, and frequently teaches and preaches in Latin America. Formerly a High School teacher, Jeff is is currently studying at The Cornerstone Seminary. Jeff and his wife Vilma have three children, Isabella, Jacob, and Ben.
Todd Bolton

Todd Bolton

Executive Pastoral Assistant
Todd Bolton has been attending Community Bible Church since 2010. During his sophomore year in college, Todd attended a Christian conference with some friends and was amazed by the love of the body of Christ. After hearing the gospel, he repented of his sins and trusted Christ as both Savior and Lord. Todd now leads a Home Fellowship Group on Wednesday nights and teaches Adult Sunday School. Todd also teaches Biblical Greek and works as Registrar at The Cornerstone Seminary. Todd and his wife Rhonda have one son, Tristan, and another child on the way in 2013.
Ed Caguin

Ed Caguin

Bookstore Manager, Elder
Ed Caguin has been attending CBC since 1996. Ed surrendered to Christ in 1988 while hearing a sermon on John 6:37-44, seeing the glorious beauty and work of Jesus Christ as the only Savior. Ed leads a Home Fellowship Group, teaches Adult Sunday School, manages the Exalting Christ Bookstore, and works as the Financial Administrator of The Cornerstone Seminary. For over ten years, Ed has conducted an annual mission trip to the Sierra Madre mountains in Luzon, Philippines. Ed and his wife Susan have been married for 38 years, and have two married boys, and two grandchildren.

Elders

Al Holmberg

Al Holmberg

Elder
Al Holmberg began attending Community Bible Church on its first Sunday service in 1980. He was saved by Christ in 1972 after reading the Gospel of John. Al currently co-leads a Home Fellowship Group, oversees the deacons and the ushers, administrates the Agape Fund, and manages the Building for the Sake of His Name program. Al and his wife Toni have been married for 40 years, have two boys, and five grandchildren. Al is also happily retired.
Alvin Jackson

Alvin Jackson

Elder
Alvin Jackson has been attending Community Bible Church since 1999. While serving in the US military in 1970, Alvin discovered the love and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to his role as Elder, Alvin also leads a Home Fellowship Group, and currently works as a Custody Chaplain for the Solano County Jail. Al and his wife Dianne have been married since 1970, and have three children, and five grandchildren.
Nick Bonifacio

Nick Bonifacio

Elder
Nick Bonifacio began attending Community Bible Church in 1988 after hearing a gospel message on “the real meaning of Christmas.” In addition to his role as Elder, Nick also leads a Home Fellowship Group, helps direct the Encouraging Biblical Manhood Men’s Ministry, teaches an Adult Sunday School class, serves in the CBC World Missions Team, and disciples several men in the church. Nick currently works for Bank of America as a mortgage banker. Nick and his wife Vivian have one daughter, Niki, and two sons, Raphael and Gabriel.
Robert Vega

Robert Vega

Elder
Robert Vega has been attending Community Bible Church since it was established in 1980. Robert came to know Jesus Christ while studying the book of Romans. Serving as an elder since 1989, Robert also leads a Home Fellowship Group, leads Sunday worship, serves in the Koinonia ministry, and manages CBC facilities and logistics. He is a retired employee of Ford Motor Company and currently works part-time at Community Bible Church as Maintenance Supervisor. Robert and his wife have three children and nine grandchildren.
